Who is a good fit for Spacel?
Businesses in Sydney or Melbourne with a professional room, desk, studio or venue area that is regularly unused. The space should be safe, presentable and suitable for short work or professional bookings.
Who controls the price and availability?
You do. Partners set their listing price and choose the hours or dates they want to make available.
What does Founding Partner status include?
Partners who apply by 31 October 2026 and are accepted receive free lifetime access to premium partner features, assisted onboarding and direct input into early partner tools. The cap is 100 accepted partners per city.
Does Spacel guarantee bookings or income?
No. Spacel provides the marketplace, booking flow and payment infrastructure, but it cannot guarantee booking volume or earnings.
How are partners paid?
Spacel uses Stripe Connect to support secure payment processing and automated payouts to partners.
Do I need to check my lease or insurance?
Yes. You remain responsible for confirming that your lease, insurance and any local requirements allow the intended use of your space.
